ibis budget Metz Technopole

After a horrible experience at another hotel where I had my first booking, I booked last minute at Ibis and was so happy to find this hotel with parking and a friendly staff who even offered a charger for my car. I rate it two stars because I see it as a two-star hotel and have no expectations for five-star service. Very good customer service! A big hug for the girl at the reception, although I didn’t catch her name.

I was traveling with my father 😂 on a motorcycle. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Every night there was a Turkish lady at the reception. She was always laughing. We had many conversations and especially laughed and joked a lot, the three of us. This hotel's strongest point is hospitality. We really enjoyed this. Thanks for everything and the kindness!

One of the standout aspects of my stay was the warm and welcoming staff at the hotel despite our late arrival (2am). The room I stayed in at Ibis Budget Metz Technopole was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Despite being a budget hotel, the room did not compromise on comfort or amenities. The well-maintained facilities and comfortable bed allowed me to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The minimalist design of the room also added a modern touch, which I found quite appealing. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to fellow travelers and look forward to returning in the future.

The guy on Reception was fantastic, very knowledgeable, spoke better English than me and showed me the best place to park my motorcycle in the car park ensuring that it was covered by CCTV. He also managed to persuade me to buy some bottles of a very good beer.

It was perfect as a 1-night stay as we used it as a midway point on our road trip. Free parking and 24 hour check in was exactly what we were looking for.
